Looking upstream at the Paper Mill Falls. The bridge at the top of the falls is covered with graffiti likely because of its easy access. The water at the bridge's base is only 4-6 inches deep. This bridge is only used for foot traffic now, but it appears to of either been part of the mill or an old road bridge. Beyond the foot bridge is the current road bridge which has an old mill grinding stone carved from rose colored granite on each of its sides.
